Country in any world of any State: California I hired a photographer to do my wedding on July 9, 2008. We paid him in advance and he did take the pictures. The problem is that now we can't get any pictures or any disks with pictures on them from him. According to our contract we were supposed to get photo albums, single reprints, and a complete set of all the pictures on CD and we have received nothing. I started contacting him about the pictures in November of 2006. He would set dates on when we would receive our package and then miss them. This happened several times taking us to about March of 2005. Months went by and we didn't hear from him.
